The Nautical Paradise
A historical adventure awaits you.
This historical gem is on the site of an Historical Boat shop that was owned by Burton Norton where he restored classic wooden boats in the mid 1900s. The boathouse on site now was built in 1980s and was designed and decorated in a completely nautical theme with numerous items including charts, nautical books and magazines and décor. The kitchen (galley) and bathrooms are compact but functional and there is a spiral staircase to get to your upper floors. In contrast, the upper level living space is open and spacious with a wall of windows that opens up to a spacious deck overlooking Cedarville bay and glorious breathtaking view of Les Chenoux islands. There is a covered 30x30 slip on waterside that can dock a boat or two of your choice that has an entrance to the house. Dishwasher, WiFi, all kitchen supplies, coffee pot, towels, washer/dryer, and TV available for your use.
