Come stay with us in our newly remodeled house with a comfortable cozy feel of home.  This Hessel home sits on the peaceful, historic mill pond which is the former site of a turn of the century sawmill.  Today the area is teeming with fish and wildlife making it a peaceful, natural setting with an abundance of beautiful birch trees for your vacation experience.  The home hosts many panoramic views of the water including Mackinac Island on the horizon. (8 nautical miles away as the crow flies). The mill pond is a quiet , protected body of water with an outlet into Hessel bay, part of the protected waters of Les Cheneux.  The floating dock can host a boat or two and is a great fishing spot to experience the great fishing available, pike, perch, trout and salmon are all abundant in the area. The home also has a fireplace and or a fire pit for your summer late night family times. Dishwasher, WiFi, all linens and kitchen essentials including a grill, for your cooking needs, coffee pot, towels, washer/dryer and TV available for your use.
